What is coaching and how can it benefit me?

Coaching is a collaborative process that helps individuals set and achieve goals, improve performance and enhance quality of life. At A Positive Place 4U, coaching services are designed to provide personalised support and guidance tailored to your unique needs, taking a look at your past if it is holding you back in going forward.

 

What makes A Positive Place 4U different from other coaching services?

At A Positive Place 4U, I offer a calm and compassionate space for anyone going through a period of change, low confidence, anxiety or just feeling 'not quite right'.  My approach is person-centred and holisitic, drawing from evidence-based methods like CBT and mindfulness training, while always staying grounded in kindness, curiosity and trust.  Having moved to the Netherlands many years ago now and having led a team of international volunteers, I understand first-hand how challenging it can be to adjust, find one's footing and feel like oneself again.  I have seen how deeply people long for connection, clarity and a sense of emotional stability.  I have seen the struggles people have had with their ever-changing roles in life and the way they have had to deal with loss, ill-health and aging.   My service differs as I not only concentrate on the present and future, but also take a look at your past, your story of how you got here today.

 

How do I book a coaching session with A Positive Place 4U?

Booking a coaching session is easy: Simply click on the Book Now button  or go directly to the contact page to schedule your appointment. I always like to speak to potential clients on the telephone first to make sure that this is the right place for them to start their coaching journey.  This is a free consultation and will last up to half an hour.
